My name is Marcin Ptaszkiewicz. I’ve been in the real estate business for many years and I have learned that nothing gets me closer to a successful transaction benefiting both parties than personal approach, genuine engagement and endless willingness to help and to offer advice.
My experience includes serving the clients of Parkowe Wzgórze (Park Hill) development, where I helped many people find their dream home – their “own place on this Earth”. In 2013 I established my own agency, offering services not typical for a broker, but rather active, vigorous searching and perfect matching of buyers, tenants, property owners and investors.
In 2014 and 2015, I completed two of my own real estate developments – popular and prized aparthotels in the centre of Krakow. Managing those properties, contact with numerous guests from around the world and, most of all, watching the competition, have affirmed my conviction that even the most professional service, if devoid of human touch, will not result in lasting business relationships.

To meet complex requirements, I use several methods of searching for properties, including following business fluctuations in related fields and very thorough field work – that way, I have discovered many attractive properties which had not been previously catalogued by anyone. To expose the attributes of a property, I always include a professional photography session.

The Swedish-Polish company TLC is the leader in temporary fencing, EPS systems and industrial stairs, servicing the largest construction projects. It employs over 200 workers, with a production facility in Gorlice and departments in Poland, Sweden and Great Britain.

1THE NEED

Company shareholders decided to purchase an office in Krakow for the company headquarters. Among chief requirements was not only the location (southern Krakow), but also a prestigious character of the building, reception, adequate number of designated parking spaces, and most of all, a top floor that guarantees a great view and plethora of natural light.

2SOLUTION

Meeting that many expectations wasn’t easy on the lucrative Krakow real estate market. Through non-standard activities, established network of contacts, monitoring the industry and numerous site visits, it was possible to find and secure the space that met the initial requirements. In addition to brokering the purchase and handling of contracts, complete finishing services were also taken care of, including the selection of interior architect and contractor.

MY INVESTMENTS

I am not afraid of risk. When the circumstances and the character of a property suggest seeking new solutions, outside the realm of traditional management, I take the challenge, relying on previously gained knowledge, as well as my own instincts. In the spring of 2015, my wife Ewa and I created our first apartment hotel exactly that way. A year later, with a proven concept we opened the second, larger hotel of this type.
High appreciation and opinions expressed by the guests of our aparthotels translate directly into profits for the private investors, who trusted me and invested their capital in them.
